Welcome to the Big Horn County Planning Office, Website. This site includes documents of interest, permit applications, Land Use Plan, Shell Valley Zoning Resolution, and additional material that may be applicable to Big Horn County. The planning staff is responsible for land use, zoning, subdividing, building, permitting and inspecting small wastewater (septic) systems, floodplain administration, to name a few.
